Copy of How To Order

If this is your first time buying from us, below is a breakdown of our customer ordering process.

Online

  • Find Your Product - Navigate our website to find the product that you need.
    • On PC - Do this via the search bar at the top
    • On Mobile - Click on the menu burger (3 lines with magnifying glass) to open the category tray and search bar.
    • For engine parts, use the engine code, most of the time the first 4 characters of the engine number.
    • For turbo parts, use OEM part number only to ensure you select the correct part (do not use the engine codes and vehicle models as they can cover more than one turbo variant). If you cannot find your part, check the Havoc Turbos Catalogue for the HTC part number and send it to one of our salesmen.
    • DO NOT use the make and model of the vehicle to choose the part, different engines and turbos are used in the same make and models.
    • Navigate through the results page and select the item that matches your search.
  • Shopping For Several Items - If the product you navigated to is not the only item that you need then follow these steps
    • You can increase/decrease the quantity of the items you need, then click Add To Basket
    • When you are done adding that item to the basket, you can navigate to other items and Add To Basket.
    • View your shopping basket by clicking on the Basket icon to open your basket. From this page you can also calculate shipping costs.
    • Decide how many units you need and adjust the quantity by clicking on the +/-, then click "Add to Basket".
    • Once the item is added, a tray will pop out showing you what has been added to your basket.
  • Shopping For One Item - If the product you navigated to is the only item that you need, you can click on "Buy It Now" to go directly to the Checkout page. (See below for Checkout instructions)
  • Shipping Cost - If you want to know the shipping cost before you checkout
    • On PC - on the right, enter your destination details then click on "Calculate Shipping", thereafter a rate will be displayed below
    • On mobile - at the bottom, enter your destination details then click on "Calculate Shipping", thereafter a rate will be displayed below
    • If you have any special instruction for us, enter it in the space below
    • Open the shopping basket tray by clicking on the shopping basket icon at the top right of the page
    • Click on "View Shopping Basket" on the pop out tray
    • On the shopping basket page
  • Checking Out
    • Fill in your shipping information
    • Select your payment method
    • Confirm if your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If they are not the same then enter a different billing address
    • If you are paying via Stitch, Payflex or PayJustNow, click on "Pay Now" to be directed to their respective secure payment page, where we DO NOT see your financial details
    • Stitch will let you pay directly from your bank account, with the payment confirmed instantly so your order can be processed straight away
    • Payflex will present you with options to PayLater (spread 4 payments over 6 weeks - click here to go to the Payflex site for more information) or PayNow to pay with card immediately
    • PayJustNow will split your purchase into 3 equal, interest-free monthly instalments, with the first paid at checkout (click here to go to the PayJustNow site for more information)
    • If you are paying via bank deposit using ATM or EFT click on "Complete Order"
    • You will be taken to the "Thank you" page where you will see a summary of your order and our banking details with information relating to ATM and EFT payments. Full banking details are also on our Payments page.
  • Dispatch
    • Depending on the time or day your order is received, it will be processed and you may receive a call from us verifying that the correct items were ordered.
    • Thereafter the order will be dispatched and you will receive a dispatch notification with the courier details and tracking number.

Before You Fit

Turbochargers must be installed by a qualified mechanic, and all CHRA and cartridge core work must be carried out by a qualified turbo technician. Please read our Warranty page before fitting, as the supporting parts and checks listed there affect your cover.

  • Minibus/metered taxis, e-hailing, buses, shuttles, tour/staff transport, scholar transport; ambulances, fire/rescue, security/armed response, breakdown/towing; driving-school & rental/hire vehicles
  • 30 days or 10,000km from the warranty start date, whichever first

Turbochargers, CHRA/Cartridge Cores, Actuators & Turbo Components

  • The full Havoc Turbos warranty applies
  • New: 6 months or 10,000km, whichever occurs first
  • Subject to installation by a qualified turbo technician, to manufacturer spec
  • Applicable to standard/factory stock OEM vehicles only — excludes modified, remapped, performance, racing or upgraded turbochargers

Racing, Motorsport, Dyno & Competition Use

  • No warranty, including any remapped, chipped, tuned or altered-boost/fuelling/actuator vehicle, unless agreed with us in writing at time of sale

Used/Salvaged Parts

  • Sold as is, 30-day start-up warranty
  • Condition: professionally reconditioned before fitment (documented)
  • Testing/refurbishing before fitting is recommended

Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects subject to the part being calibrated/assembled/installed by a qualified mechanic/technician (with verifiable certification) and/or RMI member/approved workshop (with valid membership), proficient and experienced in installing the relevant part. Turbo parts are subject to being assembled by a qualified turbo technician. Root cause of the problem must be identified and solved before installing the new part, i.e. repair the problem before repairing the symptom. Order Processing

  • Orders are only processed once full payment has cleared.
  • Orders received & paid for by 10am, Mon-Fri, are processed on the same day subject to availability. Where possible, orders after 10am will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders received & paid for during the weekend are processed the next working day as most couriers do not process on weekends, subject availability.
  • Dispatch for local orders, bar any disruption to normal service, will take place on the same day. Note that bulk or large items may require an extra day for processing.
  • Dispatch for international orders, bar any disruption to normal service, will take place on the next day. Note that some regions may require an extra day for processing due to courier requirements.
  • Dispatch is confirmed by way of dispatch notification and waybill/tracking number.
  • Dispatch is primarily from Durban

Delivery South Africa

  • Delivery can take 1 to 4 working days (Mon-Fri) from dispatch, depending on how far you are from our dispatch location. Outlying areas may take longer for delivery.
  • Tracking numbers are provided as and when they are available
  • Should the delivery be done by one of our drivers, you will receive a call/sms/whatsapp/email before delivery takes place.

Delivery International

  • Delivery is via FedEx
  • Delivery time is dependent on the service you select but take notice that the displayed time frames are estimates and any delay from customs at export and customs at import may affect delivery times.
  • Note: You are responsible for all customs taxes, duties, administration, agent and any other clearance fees for your chosen country of delivery. Under no circumstances will we cover any costs. Should an item be returned for your failure to clear, any costs encumbered to receive the goods will be borne by you.

Receiving Goods

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods
  • Any costs that arise from re-delivery attempts are for the customer
  • Inspect goods immediately upon receipt, f the packaging is damaged you must note that on the waybill or device before you sign
  • Inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt
  • Should you receive the wrong item, you are obligated to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and on your premises, bearing in mind that if the item was not on your premises, you are still responsible, until the item has been returned.
