Core Responsibilities
- Deliveries & Distribution: Ensure all items are loaded correctly and delivered to customers on schedule and in excellent condition.
- General Errands: Complete all business-related errands as required by management with speed and reliability.
- Customer Service: Act as a professional ambassador when interacting with customers, handle inquiries, and gather feedback to improve our service.
- Vehicle Stewardship: Maintain a safe driving environment; ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and daily checks are performed.
- Operational Support: Assist with stock control (receiving and dispatch), store upkeep, and general administration to keep the branch running smoothly.
- Compliance: Strict adherence to all fleet, safety, and vehicle policies, as well as management directions.
Minimum Requirements
Strictly enforced for all Logistics applicants:
- Education: Matric certificate with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics or Maths Lit.
- Licensing: Valid SA Driver’s License (Code 8 or Code 10) with at least 2 years of professional experience. No outstanding fines.
- Physical: Must be able to handle automotive parts weighing between 1kg and 40kg.
- Character: Strong communication skills, neat appearance, and a goal-driven mindset.
