Order Processing

  • Orders are only processed once full payment has cleared.
  • Orders received & paid for by 10am, Mon-Fri, are processed on the same day subject to availability. Where possible, orders after 10am will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders received & paid for during the weekend are processed the next working day as most couriers do not process on weekends, subject availability.
  • Dispatch for local orders, bar any disruption to normal service, will take place on the same day. Note that bulk or large items may require an extra day for processing.
  • Dispatch for international orders, bar any disruption to normal service, will take place on the next day. Note that some regions may require an extra day for processing due to courier requirements.
  • Dispatch is confirmed by way of dispatch notification and waybill/tracking number.
  • Dispatch is primarily from Durban

Delivery South Africa

  • Delivery can take 1 to 4 working days (Mon-Fri) from dispatch, depending on how far you are from our dispatch location. Outlying areas may take longer for delivery.
  • Tracking numbers are provided as and when they are available
  • Should the delivery be done by one of our drivers, you will receive a call/sms/whatsapp/email before delivery takes place.

Delivery International

  • Delivery is via FedEx
  • Delivery time is dependent on the service you select but take notice that the displayed time frames are estimates and any delay from customs at export and customs at import may affect delivery times.
  • Note: You are responsible for all customs taxes, duties, administration, agent and any other clearance fees for your chosen country of delivery. Under no circumstances will we cover any costs. Should an item be returned for your failure to clear, any costs encumbered to receive the goods will be borne by you.

Receiving Goods

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods
  • Any costs that arise from re-delivery attempts are for the customer
  • Inspect goods immediately upon receipt, f the packaging is damaged you must note that on the waybill or device before you sign
  • Inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receipt
  • Should you receive the wrong item, you are obligated to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and on your premises, bearing in mind that if the item was not on your premises, you are still responsible, until the item has been returned.
