This is a **PROACTIVE SALES** position, not a passive Counter Sales role. Please acknowledge your understanding of the following operational requirements:
- Active Customer Acquisition: You are required to actively hunt for business and follow up on leads via Facebook Marketplace, localized groups, and WhatsApp Business instead of waiting for walk-ins.
- Digital & Inbound Conversion: Success is directly measured by your ability to convert technical digital inquiries and telephone leads into paid invoices.
- Lead Management & Precision: You will be expected to handle a high volume of concurrent outbound communications and stay organized across dozens of open quotes.

Core Responsibilities
- Technical Consulting: Use customer-supplied data—specifically **OEM numbers** —to cross-reference, identify, and validate precise turbo components and replacement parts with absolute accuracy.
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the customer journey from initial inquiry, technical discovery, and formal quoting, through to payment collection and after-sales follow-up.
- Market Expansion: Actively pitch new automotive workshops, reconditioners, and retailers while building local market knowledge.
- Digital Presentation: Capture, watermark, and catalog clean photos of components using photo editing software for high-impact social media marketing.
- Operational Compliance: Assist with stock controls (receiving, inspecting, and dispatching turbo units), store upkeep, and inter-branch logistics to support overall team performance.
Minimum Requirements
Strictly enforced for all Turbo Sales applicants:
- Education: Matric certificate with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics or Maths Lit.
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience specifically within turbocharger parts sales or high-performance automotive component consulting.
- Licensing: Valid SA Driver’s License with a clean record (no outstanding traffic fines).
- Physical capability: Fit and capable of handling automotive components weighing between 1kg and 40kg.
- Character: Exceptional communication skills, a neat and professional appearance, and a goal-driven mindset that thrives under pressure.
