- Any part that is purchased from this service will most likely be a special order, therefore no returns will be permitted.
- We will may take up to 72 hours to come back with a result and will only supply once a deposit has been paid and cleared.

Online
- Find Your Product - Navigate our website to find the product that you need.
- On PC - You can do this via the search bar or via the categories tray that opens on the left when you click "Shop Parts".
- On Mobile - You can do this by clicking on the menu button icon (3 lines with magnifying glass) to pull out the category tray and search bar.
- Shopping For Several Items - If the product you navigated to is not the only item that you need then follow these steps
- Decide how many units you need and adjust the quantity by clicking on the +/-, then click "Add to Basket".
- Once the item is added, a tray will pop out showing you what has been added to your basket.
- You can increase/decrease the quantity of the items in your basket.
- Remove items completely
- Proceed to checkout (See below for Checkout instructions)
- View your shopping basket on a dedicated page. From this page you can also find out about shipping costs.
- Shopping For One Item - If the product you navigated to is the only item that you need, you can click on "Buy It Now" to go directly to the Checkout page. (See below for Checkout instructions)
- Shipping Cost - If you want to know the shipping cost before you checkout
- Open the shopping basket tray by click on the shopping basket icon at the top right of the page
- Click on "View Shopping Basket" on the pop out tray
- On the shopping basket page
- On PC - on the right, enter your destination details then click on "Calculate Shipping", thereafter a rate will be displayed below
- On mobile - at the bottom, enter your destination details then click on "Calculate Shipping", thereafter a rate will be displayed below
- If you have any special instruction for us, enter it in the space below
- Checking Out
- Fill in your shipping information
- Select your payment method
- Confirm if your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If they are not the same then enter a different billing address
- If you are paying via Yoco or Payflex click on "Pay Now" to be directed to their respected secure payment page, where we DO NOT see your financial details
- Yoco will present you with options to pay with card or Instant EFT
- Payflex will present you with options to PayLater (spread 4 payments over 6 weeks - click here to go to the PayFlex site for more information) or PayNow to pay with card immediately
- If you are paying via bank deposit using ATM or EFT click on "Complete Order"
- You will be taken to the "Thank you" page where you will see a summary of your order and our banking details with information relating to ATM and EFT payments
- Dispatch
- Depending on the time or day your order is received, it will be processed and you may receive a call from us verifying that the correct items were ordered.
- Thereafter the order will be dispatched and you will receive a dispatch notification with the courier details and tracking number.
